About the BNYS Programme at STMC
What is BNYS?
The Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) is a 4.5-year academic programme followed by a mandatory 1-year internship. More than half of its curriculum overlaps with MBBS, covering subjects like Pathology, Nutrition, Medical Jurisprudence, and First Aid — while uniquely emphasizing yoga therapy, herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition therapy, and natural healing techniques.
BNYS graduates are trained to treat patients holistically — addressing emotional, biochemical, and biomechanical dimensions of health, not just symptoms.
